Plein Air Painting, 24th September 2025, Miyazu Gardens Spring is here and it is a great time to paint those cherry blossoms at Miyazu Gardens. Meet us on Wednesday, 24th September 2025, 10am, at Miyazu Gardens, Atawhai Drive, Nelson. Please bring your painting supplies, a chair, bug spray, sun screen, morning tea/lunch and good weather. You will have the opportunity to view my sketchbooks and some of my plein air paintings. You will be shown my materials and easel set up. Also, you can watch me paint during a live painting demonstration. Everybody is welcome!

The STRADA 2025 September Challenge is starting today, 1st September 2025. I have signed up and am looking forward to drawing or painting daily from life. You will see my daily works starting today until the end of the month. Let me know if you sign up too. It would be great to connect with more daily painters.
