Kiwi Classics Collection – Edmonds Baking Powder

This Edmonds Baking Powder tin was loaned to me for the painting by an artist friend. She painted it in watercolour and you can see her photo below. It's a very old tin and not available any more on the marked, which makes it even more special. Edmonds Baking Powder is number seven in the Kiwi Classics collections. Kiwi Classics Collection – Tinned Spaghetti and Tomato Sauce

Tinned Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce is definitely something to get used to. Don't think of Italian spaghetti. It might look similar but the taste and texture is very different. My family likes to eat it hot on toast and it's best when it's heated in the oven with cheese sprinkled over it. Tinned Spaghetti and Tomato Sauce is number six in the Kiwi Classics collections. Current Display at Mapua Library

It's always special to hang artwork in your local community. The library is such a lovely building and although not very big, it has a great selection of books. The staff is so friendly and helpful, it's a real joy to go there. Until mid November the library will display about 13 of my paintings, which are mainly my plein air works.
