What Colour is Blue? 1-Day-Workshop with Marian Painter

“My workshop entitled “What colour is Blue” gives a background to the history of the colour of blue used in painting and the influence it has had in art development over the centuries. We will use only the colour blue during the day. All mediums can be used including paper collage and fabrics.This class is suitable for all abilities and any style of art or design.” 

Marian has over 40 years experience of teaching, mainly in schools but also adult education in a variety of art genres.  She is a self-taught artist and has worked in most mediums including fabric.

Marian is a member of three art groups as well as craft and quilting groups.
