Let’s Paint (Beginners/Advanced)

Let’s Paint is a painting class designed for the beginner to the advanced artist. It is the ideal class if you wish to refine your skills while working on your own project. Nicole will demonstrate painting techniques and you will learn about the principles of painting, such as composition, perspective, colour theory, etc. All media are welcome, e.g. acrylics, oils (odourless!), watercolour, pastel. This 1-day workshop is right for you if you like a quick introduction to oil painting materials and techniques. Vegemite

Autumn at Gravity Winery

Gravity Winery & Cellar Doors is located in Mahana, between Richmond and Motueka, New Zealand. The painting shows the vineyard in its autumn glory. Riwaka Inlet

Riwaka Inlet is one of Nicole’s plein air paintings. The plein air painting group visited Riwaka and painted at the end of Wharf Road. This time, instead of painting the boat sheds, Nicole looked over the inlet towards the Richmond hills. Since the Nelson Bay is very shallow at the inlet, the sea forms little channels at low tide.
