Meet us for plein air painting on 10th November 2021, 10am, at the Nelson Port, Akersten Street. Please drive to the end of the street where you will find a small car park and keep on walking along the pier. Often you find fishermen in this area. There are no toilets where in this area. The closest bathrooms are at the Nelson marina boat ramp, where the wakas are stored. Ruby Bay and the Seagulls

Ruby Bay and the Seagulls was inspired by the two paintings Flight of the Seagulls and Ruby Bay. It occurred to me that we always see the seagulls flying over the land- and seascapes, but what would it look like if we see the seascape through the seagulls.
